Design support
Our engineers can advise on the most appropriate use of processes and assist in materials selection. We can also advise you on the design of your component to gain maximum benefit from the process.

Tooling for cold forming have special characteristics, which need to be considered. We can test your design using FEA techniques and failure mode analysis to predict the feasibility of the component before tooling is commissioned in our own in-house tool room.

Production facilities
Our extensive manufacturing facilities have a range of machine types tailored to different processes and volume runs. We plan the optimum production route through the factory to deliver the best price and shortest lead time.
